Brooklyn based alt rockers Lion In The Mane have just premiered their brand new music video for the song "Echoes in Absence", the title track off their latest EP. The inventive clip takes you on a first person point of view frame, with up and close shots of beer being poured into a pint glass, along with candid shots of the band members acting their goofy selves along with performance stills of the guys evoking their musical chemistry and camaraderie that is evident when you see this clip for the first time, You may remember the write-up I did about them last month after their incredible performance at the Mid East Downstairs where they opened for The Spill Canvas, and I remarked that seeing them for the first time right as soon as I walked in was a harbinger for things to come, and it just increased my love for the band that much more. Also, the band just recently won a contest to perform at the famed Firefly Festival taking place from June 16-19 in Dover, Delaware that is only going to add to the growing popularity and fame of this intriguing act. A band that has serious talent and one that I've developed a huge band crush on right about now!
