Critically acclaimed local rockers Oh Malo have just been added to a last minute concert bill taking place tonight @ Great Scott that also features the likes of Beaty Heart and Beach Baby. Oh Malo have pretty much been the talk of the town the last couple of years with their shows near and far drawing near sell out crowds, and their music transcends boundaries with their brilliant songwriting and expert musicianship that manifests itself most prominently on stage. Their most recent LP "As We Were" which was given a glowing review by our own Joe Holt, is beyond comprehension in terms of sheer musical wizardry and emotional effect on listeners that may move some people to tears just judging on how awesome and brilliant it is. Oh Malo are one of the most brilliant local acts that I've come across in some time, and they have that X factor instilled within them that creates this aura of intrigue and passion not seen towards a local act for quite awhile. It's only a matter of time before people nationwide are familiar with the musical passion and brilliance of Oh Malo, an amazing group of guys with a deep love for music and each other.
